the Book
It is an amazing story
interlacing and interweaving
every chronicle of every history
into a volume of life
worked to the smallest detail
plots and twists and mini themes
with everyone its hero
What great mind could author this?
A saga over eons
a tome with billions of characters
interacting
each at the centre of its own universe
printing the pages at the forefront of creation
living the words
learning the thoughts
Deconstructing in an attempt to comprehend
a genre of mixed emotion
Science murder love mystery
poetry in sight and sound
Starvation and plenty
All illusion

All fiction? Don't like that last line.
Perhaps hints of a Buddhist approach- all illusion.
The over-all effect to me is nihilistic, it takes away from the grand passions and great deeds that stem from the Big Bang (not thaat I suggest you extend it to all that.
I feel it lacks passion.
Now I have a very strong feeling that I have missed the whole point of the poem ,forgive me but perhaps give me a little hint.
This one could be a great one for the Shark Pool.
cheers,
Jess

i like 'illusion'
cool - i'll bring it maybe..... (to the pool)
how is it going to work?
are we going to write our own thoughts, or were you thinking of setting a theme?
if. by nihilistic, you mean insurgent or anarchistic then i never meant that
more on my mind was the act of creation, which we deconstruct to our own viewpoints
- which are all part of a story that is (as you say it better ) illusion....
thanks jess

Judy
I got the essence of the write and yes the act of creation when we set out to write with pen and mind. So much to say a big part of our muse at work. I like this and glad to see you
