Knotted

streams of current binding
like slick seaweed
rooted drowned deep
sluice shores
the washed up
silt choked
treasure
glistening and still
immured
and lapped with waves
tasted sweet with bitter
salt
the briny tangle
splayed out with all
the bits of shells
brightly

love the descriptive imagery here, but it seems like there should be more to this one. it just describes this thing and then no action, reaction or reflection. part of somehing bigger, maybe?

sketch ideas most of these poems
written quickly with no idea before or after for follow up
I have an hour at library and spend most of it writing
muses freinds and other poetry sites
I usually put in ten minutes for Neopoet per day
but yes it could do with more

Thank You
