Romance

Under the moonlight
shadow dance
you and I embrace
in a delightful stage
Share in the language
of romantic sparkle
with the happiness
filled our heart
celebrating the new
beginning of life
This marks the promise
of commitment
from god's grace gift
display of precious exude
with a sense of gratitude
granted from a wish
relish with a joy of blessing
for a final reunion

Identity

Fame is a goal
It is a legacy
It's a dream
Important to me

Standing in lights
Can blur reality
You're not yourself
But what others see

So if fame costs me
Who I am at heart
If that's the endgame
I don't want to start

I want to be known
I dream of the spotlight
But I'd throw it all away
To keep who I am tonight

If it destroys my spirit
Turns me into some entity
I'd burn fame to the ground
If it meant keeping my Identity

Army Men Memories

When I was young in my youthful years -
On days when the rain came to stay;
I’d pull out a bag of my army men,
And sort out the green from the gray.

Getting the blocks from the old toy chest,
I’d start to build thick fortress walls;
Then taking the tanks I would spread them all out,
While placing some jeeps in the halls.

Turrets stood up with majestic views,
As armies were laid on each side;
Marksmen were placed standing high and tall,
While all below stood up with pride.

Chains

I always loved to be free,
Not to be chained by my thoughts and words.
But with this, some problems arise,
I'm inconsistent with my does and likes.
I can't build something 'cause I feel the need to change,
Boredom takes control of me.
I try to grasp my feelings,
But my passion slowly dies.
And I am left there with only failures in my arms,
Wondering,
Is this who I am?
A fire that shines bright for a month,
And after that, I need another compound?
Or I just lack discipline in my life?

True Romance

Hearts beating in rhythm,
Whispers of love in the air,
Romance blooms brightly.

Love me mother

A girl without her mother is a girl without herself
She is only half of what she could be
So she puts her emotions on the shelf
And Locks it away cause she hates being free

A girl without her father is a girl without her father.
She’s fine, except for the hate.
His absence will never hinder her
But the anger will fire her fate

A girl without her mother is a girl without herself
She will ache every day
Everything she does is a reflection of self
And how she wished mother would stay.

Locked In A Basement

Behind concrete walls,
entombed by damp wood and mold,
even though he loved her more,
than any master should.

He gauged her eyes one at a time,
replacing them with glass beads,
while she writhed in pain.
An unwilling compromise.

Stitched up lips, needle and thread.
His secret kept, as she silently wept,
Blood soaked tears ran down her face,
how she wished she was dead.

Mounting her head on a stick,
he fixed her hair with a sigh.
Such a shame how she bled.
As he dragged her lifeless torso to bed.

To Defend The KIngdom

Consumed in this darkness surrounded by the rapscallion, a defence of my blessed faith, a covenant of devotion and loyalty until the very end

Praise our saviour and to the prophesy of our weaknesses, abide to our hearts desired fate, and renew in daily reverence to a love we so depend

Our congregation grows to one body and soul ne'er to scorn nor loneliness, the evil then devoured by the hatred of all men and to oblivion we so rightfully commend

A way Out!

At night
it's hard to tell
what goes on there
or behind
It's dark and
so quiet that
only silence would bark.

So let's wait till morning's eye
Is kind enough to serve
a clearer sight

Only then we can both
find a way

Out

Confidential

Before you
I was blind
I crawled and cried
as a child

my thoughts
were mere doubts,
inner shouts
that howled
and ground my awe

until when
you intruded
and diluted
my heart
in the world
of words' art
and in you.
